Ichabod football team opens 2010 with 1st practice of the season

TOPEKA, Kan. -- The 2010 Washburn Ichabods hit the field for their first practice of the upcoming season Saturday morning with more than 110 on the field with additional student athletes to arrive on campus in the upcoming days. The Ichabods will open the season three weeks from today on Aug. 28 when they will face Colorado Mines in Golden, Colo.
