Jerry Robertson - Baseball (1962-65)
Jerry Robertson was a four-year member of the Washburn baseball team and went on to be drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 27th round of the 1965 draft. He played professionally for seven years, including two years in the majors with the Montreal Expos and Detroit Tigers.

He returned to Topeka in 1972 to become assistant executive director of the YMCA. He later became executive director, a position he held until 1982 when he became director of athletics at Washburn until 1988. He was inducted into the Washburn Athletic Hall of Fame in 1982.
