Mark Nordstrom - Men's Tennis (1969-72)
Mark Nordstrom was a three-time Great Plains Athletic Conference individual champion and helped the Ichabods to two conference team championships. He was a two-time District 10 doubles champion and a three-time NAIA national qualifier, advancing to the national quarterfinals in doubles. Nordstrom played exhibition matches with Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Connors and Yannick Noah. Nordstrom and Hedberg were multi-time Missouri Valley doubles champions. He was inducted into the Washburn Athletics Hall of Fame in 1996.
