Mollie Lacy earned American Volleyball Coaches Association Honorable Mention All-American Honors in 2009 finishing her career as the all-time leader in career hitting percentage at .365 for those with at least 2,000 career attempts. In her four season, she had at the time her career ended, she had four of the top five single-season attack percentage averages in program history. Her .405 hitting percentage stood as the top single-season mark for 13 years and she is one of only two Ichabods to hit above .400 in a single season. Lacy finished her career with 1,220 kills while averaging 0.71 blocks per set and 2.58 kills per set. Equally as impressive in the classroom, she was a first-team CoSIDA Academic All-American as a senior earning second-team All-American Honors as a junior. A four-time MIAA Scholar Athlete selection and a four-time MIAA Academic Excellence Award winner graduating with a 4.0 grade point average. Overall, she was a three-time first-team all-MIAA selection earning third team in 2008 as a freshman. She was also a two-time AVCA first-team all-region pick earning honorable mention honors in 2011. She was part of the 2010 and 2011 MIAA regular season championship teams and was on four NCAA regional teams.
