Monica (Miesner) Scott - Volleyball (2004-08)
Monica (Miesner) Scott became the second player in school history to receive three AVCA All-American awards. Miesner was a second team selection in 2005 and again in 2007 prior to earning first team All-America honors in 2008. The Florissant, Mo., native finished her career third all-time in digs with 1,857, third in kills with 1,575, and third in points with 1,823. Miesner was also a three-time first team AVCA All-Region selection and was named the AVCA National Player of the Week on Sept. 16, 2008. She also was a three-time CoSIDA All-Region selection earning a first team and two second team selections. Miesner was a three-time first team all-MIAA selection as a sophomore, junior and senior.
