Shannon Kruger - Men's Basketball (1998-2002)
Shannon Kruger was a four-year member of the Ichabod men's basketball team and was inducted into the Washburn Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.

He finished his career with 1,014 career points which currently ranks 21st all-time at Washburn, as of 2020. His 242 career 3-pointers are the most in school history as are his 584 career 3-point attempts. He recorded 341 career assists, which is third in school history and his 140 steals is fourth all-time on the Ichabod chart. He made 121 career starts playing in 122 career games starting every game of his Ichabod career with the exception of senior night during his junior season. He is one of six Ichabods to have recorded at least 1,000 points and have 100 steals and one of eight Ichabods to have scored at least 1,000 points and record at least 200 assists.

He was an honorable mention all-MIAA selection as a senior and was the starting point guard on the Ichabods' 2001 NCAA national runner-up team which won the MIAA regular season and tournament championships.
