Tish Williams finished her Ichabod career as the Washburn and the MIAA's all-time leader in home runs with 61 ranking third on the NCAA Division II list when her career ended currently ranking 13th overall in Division II history and her 496 career total bases was second in NCAA history at the end of her career. Williams is Washburn's all-time leader in slugging percentage, on base percentage, total bases, walks and ranks second in RBI, hits, assists and third in batting average. Williams has the first, second, third and ninth-best single season slugging percentages in program history and the first, second, fifth and ninth most home runs in a single season. Williams was named the MIAA Freshman of the Year and was the MIAA's Offensive Player of the Year as a junior earning first-team all-MIAA honors and was a three-time all-region selection overall.
