LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Washburn volleyball remains ranked in the top-10 heading into the final week of the regular season with a No. 8 ranking in the latest poll released by the organization on Monday afternoon.  

The Ichabods move down two spots after going 1-1 last week with a 3-1 loss to then No. 3 Nebraska Kearney and a 3-0 win over Fort Hays State both on the road. They are now 22-3 on the year and 11-3 inside the MIAA and received 889 total points in the poll.  

Tampa remains at the top of the poll with a 23-0 record, all 47 first-place votes and 1,175 total points. Point Loma is No. 2 followed by Wayne State, Barry and Nebraska Kearney to round out the top-five.  

Around the MIAA, Central Oklahoma is just above Washburn at No. 7, Missouri Western leaps to No. 16 and Emporia State re-enters the poll at No. 24. Central Missouri is also receiving votes.  

The Ichabods are in action at Whiting Fieldhouse this week to wrap up the regular season beginning by taking on the No. 7 Bronchos at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14.
