LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Hours ahead of the reveal of the NCAA Tournament bracket, Washburn volleyball continues to rank No. 7 in the AVCA national rankings released by the AVCA on Monday afternoon.
With a 26-4 record the Ichabods remain at No. 7 for a second straight week with 886 total points received in the poll.
Tampa stays at No. 1 with all 47 first-place votes and a 28-0 record. Nebraska Kearney jumps to No. 2, followed by Barry, Wayne State and St. Cloud State rounding out the top-five.
Around the MIAA, Central Oklahoma drops to No. 11, Missouri Western moves to No. 17 and Emporia State goes up one spot to No. 23. Central Missouri continues to receive votes.
