Biography

At Washburn: Has competed in 57 events as an Ichabod … has the fourth-best individual performance in the pole vault during the indoor season and the sixth-best in the outdoor season … a nine-time member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2021-22: Had a season-best finish in the outdoor season with a sixth-place showing at the SBU Invitational … placed ninth at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a mark of 3.61m … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2020-21: Had a season-best indoor jump at the Washburn Open with a mark of 3.08m (10-01.25) finishing 11th and finished seventh at the season-opening MIAA Rust Buster … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2019-20: Recorded a personal best at the Indoor Gorilla Classic in the pole vault at 3.72m (12-02.50) earning an NCAA provisional mark and a fourth-place finish … had five top-10 finishes overall … outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 … a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2018-19: Had nine top-10 finishes during the season including two fifth-place finishes … had a season-best outdoor finish at the West Texas A&M Classic with a mark of 3.35m (10-11.75)… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2017-18: Finished seventh at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a personal best of 3.71m (12-02.00) … had seven top-10 finishes during the indoor season … placed fifth at the MIAA vs NSIC Showdown with a mark of 3.36m and had an outdoor-best mark of 3.40m (11-00.75) finishing eighth at the ESU Relays … had three top-10 outdoor finishes… a member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Background: As a senior she finished third at the Kansas Relays and won first place at the Sunflower League and Regional Championships and earned a third place finish at the 6A State Championships … also placed sixth in vault at league gymnastics and sixth in all around in gymnastics and fifth in beam as a senior … as a junior, she finished third at the league meet and first in the regional meet and second at the state championships in the pole vault … as a sophomore she finished first in the pole vault at the league championships.

Personal: Daughter of Doug and Tiffany Lanman … majoring in elementary education.
