Background: A transfer from Kansas State where he redshirted the 2018 season … picked up first team all-state honors from the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle as a senior, while he was an honorable mention pick as a junior … totaled 215 career tackles, 9.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and an interception during his career … the Wildcats went a collective 50-2 over his four years with state championships in 2016 and 2017, while the Wildcats garnered runner-up finishes the two previous years … selected to play in the Kansas Shrine Bowl, one of just three 8-man football players to be invited.
