Two-sport standout Diana Klamm played softball for the Lady Blues from 1984-87 and tennis from 1985-87. She was inducted into the Washburn Athletic Hall of Fame in 2004-05.

Klamm was a first team All-America selection in 1986 for the Lady Blues softball team. In 1985 she was also a first team all-Central State Intercollegiate Conference selection and NAIA all-District 10 selection. In addition to the All-America status in 1986, she was named all-district and first team all-CSIC.

She was part of the 1985 squad that finished second in the nation and the 1986 team that finished fifth in the nation.

In 1987 she recorded an ERA of 1.00 and in 1986 she was an NAIA academic All-America selection as well.

Klamm was also a three-year member of the Lady Blues tennis team.
