Went 18 for 26 for 324 yards with three touchdowns leading Washburn to 56-35 win over ESU … his 324 yards gave him 2955 yards on the season setting a Washburn single-season record for the most yards in a season … he passed for two touchdown passes in the first 2:52 of the game and his third touchdown… it also helped him break the school’s single-season total offense record moving to 2,923 yards on the season … in completing 18 of 26 passes his season passing percentage went to 60.4 on the season breaking the previous mark of 60.2 set by Mark Ellliott in 1983 … Simoneau also completed his 186th pass of the season passing the previous Washburn record of 183 set by Mike Atkins in 1980.
