Senior guard Laura Kinderknecht scored 21 points in both games last week and added 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists as Washburn won twice. She scored 21 in a win over Emporia State and then had 21 at Central Oklahoma with five 3-pointers. She was 12 of 14 against Emporia State (.587) from the free throw line and made seven in the final 1:07 to turn a five-point lead into an 11-point win. She ended the week with six assists and only one turnover.
