Additionally, the senior worked four walks (a team-high) and was a part of 27 putouts with five assists. Behind the plate, Gauntt had four baserunners attempt to steal against him and he caught three of them (a .250 stolen base percentage). Gauntt's first inning, three-run home run against No. 14 Southern Arkansas proved to be the game-winning hit (WU won 5-1) and also moved him into second all-time at Washburn on the career home-run list.
