Courtney Freed was the high-point earner for the Ichabod women's track and field team after she finished fourth in the 800m run in a time of 2:17.06 breaking her own school record set on Saturday earning five points for the Ichabods. She was also part of the 4x400m relay team of Maria Cisneros, Amanda Conway  and Jennifer Krause which finished 10^th in a time of 3:58.20, setting school record in the event breaking the time by nearly three seconds.
