Sierra Mortensen won the 5000m run at the Pitt State Gorilla Classic in a time of 17:16.91 recording an NCAA Provisional time and breaking a school record in the process. She won the event by more than eight seconds over the second place finisher and broke the previous school record by more than 86 seconds.
