Mitch Schurig was 21 of 24 passing for 251 yards and two touchdowns with Washburn’s 70-13 win over Northeastern State on Saturday. He completed 88 percent of his passes. It is the highest single-game completion percentage since Dane Simoneau completed 21 of 26 passes on Oct. 9, 2010 against Nebraska-Omaha. He completed passes to 10 different reeivers in the game.
