Rachel Heiman has been a four-year member of the Ichabod track and field team and played one season of volleyball at Washburn … she has the sixth-fastest time in program history in the 60m and the third-fastest time in the 200m in the indoor and the sixth-fastest 100m time and the fourth-fastest time in the 200m in outdoor program history … she is majoring in elementary education and is from Silver Lake, Kan.
