Logan Morrissey has been a part of the Washburn tennis team for four seasons and has claimed two ITA All-American awards in doubles to go with three all-MIAA selections. She and doubles partner Alexis Czapinski won the 2018 ITA Central Regional Championship doubles title and went on to place third at the ITA National Cup. At the end of the 2018-19 season, she and Czapinski finished ranked No. 1 in the nation with a record of 29-6, tying the most doubles victories in a single season in Washburn’s program history. Holding a doubles record of 80-31, she is currently two victories away from becoming the all-time leader for Washburn. She is also in the top-10 in singles victories with a record of 63-41. The Lee’s Summit, Mo. native is a three-time MIAA Academic Honor Roll member majoring in forensic investigation.
