Virgi Scardanzan turned in the best showing by an Ichabod in the NCAA era in either the indoor or outdoor championships with her second-place finish in the women's pole vault at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field national championships last week. She cleared the bar at 4.05m to claim All-American honors.
