Maria Soler Valverde won both of her matches at No. 3 singles as the Ichabods went 1-1 in conference road matches last week. She won a three-set battle against No. 5-ranked Central Oklahoma before claiming a straight-set victory against her Northeastern State opponent, 6-2, 6-2.
