Viviana Soto-Herrera had goals in both matches as the Ichabods were 2-0 for the week with a 2-1 win over Fort Hays State and a 4-0 win over Nebraska-Kearney in the MIAA opener. Her first goal in the third minute pushed the Ichabods out to a 1-0 lead against the Tiger and Sunday's 4-0 win over Nebraska-Kearney she connected on a penalty kick in the 55th minute stretching the Ichabod lead to 2-0. This season Soto-Herrera has seven points with three goals and an assist.
