ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The No. 26 Washburn Lady Blues tennis team rolled to a 9-0 win over Missouri Western. The Lady Blues dropped only four games in doubles play and only eight games in six singles matches. Washburn will be back in action on Thursday at 2 p.m. against Missouri Southern.

Washburn swept the doubles matches with the Nos. 1 and 3 teams ripping off a pair of 8-0 wins. Diana Goldsmith and Amber Raindl swept their match at No. 1 doubles and Audrie Miller and Allie Gardner picked up the 8-0 win.

In sinlges play, Goldsmith, Raindl both picked up 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles while Miller won 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3 sinlges. Gardner picked up a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 4 singles. Rachel Stevens won her match at No. 5 singles 6-1, 6-0 and Lauren Harris picked up a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 6 singles.
