TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabod tennis team tossed a shutout Newman 9-0 in their final match before the MIAA Tournament this weekend at Kossover Tennis Center. The Ichabods will be looking for their third straight MIAA Championship.

The Ichabods dropped only four games in doubles action jumping out to the 3-0 lead. In singles play, the Ichabods fell in six games between the six flights winning each match in straight sets.
