BOLIVAR, Mo. -- The seventh-ranked Washburn Lady Blues won their second straight MIAA match with a 3-0 sweep at Southwest Baptist on Friday night. Washburn rolled to the 25-22, 25-11, 25-18 win at the Meyer Sports Center.
Washburn (21-2, 5-2 MIAA) trailed 4-1 in the opening set, but rallied for the 25-22 set win and cruised to the straight sets victory.

Mollie Lacy led the WU attack with 11 kills on 21 attempts for a .429 hitting percentage. Sophomore
Breanna Lewis added six kills with a .600 attack percentage for the Lady Blues. Senior setter
Kate Hampson dished out 31 assists, to go along with eight digs and six kills.
The Lady Blues continue their road trip on Saturday night at Pittsburg State against the Gorillas.
