TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabod tennis team fell 6-3 to Cameron in action on Tuesday. Washburn (2-2) will be back in action on Wednesday when they face Midwestern State before taking on Dallas Baptist and East Central this weekend in South Central Regional play.

Drew Hanson and Yann Kasay both picked up singles wins for the Ichabods. Hanson won his match at No. 4 singles 6-2, 6-4 over Carlos Viscarra and Kasay won his No. 6 singles match 6-3, 6-1 over Thomas Peixoto.

The doubles win for the Ichabods came at No. 2 as the duo of Ryan Ward and Hanson topped Cristian Easton and Saman Samii 8-6.
