BOLIVAR, Mo. -- The Washburn Lady Blues fell 2-1 at Southwest Baptist in soccer action on Saturday afternoon in Bolivar. Washburn will return home to face No. 3 Central Missouri in Yager Stadium at 6 p.m. Thursday night in Topeka.

The Bearcats scored two goals in the first half as SBU outshot the Lady Blues as they scored both goals within 4:19 as Shonee Samia scored both goals.

The Lady Blues' Rachel Hansen scored her second goal of the season unassisted in the 55th minute hooking the ball into the lower right hand corner of the net.

Washburn outshot the Bearcats 9 to 3 in the second half and 14 to 12 in the match.
