HAYS, Kan. -- The Washburn Lady Blues caged the Fort Hays State Tiger with a 9-0 win improving to 6-1 in MIAA play and 11-6 overall.

The Lady Blues dropped only 11 games in singles play as all six flights were won in straight sets over the Tigers. In doubles, Washburn fell in 14 games in the three matches as the Lady Blues opened the match with the 3-0 lead after sweeping doubles play.
