TOPEKA, Kan. -- The No. 33-ranked Washburn Ichabod tennis team picked up an 8-1 win over Southeastern Oklahoma at the Washburn Tennis Courts on Friday afternoon. Washburn will open MIAA play at Nebraska-Omaha on Saturday in Omaha.

Washburn swept through doubles play to open the match and then picked up five singles wins en route to the regional win.
