MARYVILLE, Mo. -- The No. 50-ranked Washburn Ichabods dropped a 7-2 decision to the No. 18-ranked Northwest Missour Bearcats on Tuesday on the road. Washburn returns to action on Thursday when they will face Rockhurst in Kansas City.

The Ichabods were swept in doubles action and Matthew Leffler at No. 4 singles and Bobby Florence at No. 5 singles were the only two Washburn netters to pick up points in the match.
