WICHITA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabods fell 7-0 to the NCAA Division I Wichita State Shockers on Saturday on the road. The Ichabods will be back in action on Wednesday when they will host Emporia State.

The teams used division one scoring where winning two of three doubles flights is worth one point. Washburn was swept in doubles play giving the Shockers one point. In singles, Arkadiusz lost at No. 1 singles in three sets going to a 12-10 game score in the third game. Steven Fletcher pushed his No. 3 singles match to three set before falling 6-3 in the third set.
