Warm ups . . .
The Washburn Ichabod tennis returns to the court for the first time since a 9-0 win over Newman on March 3 to face Rockhurst on Thursday beginning a stretch of three matches over three days. Washburn will open its MIAA slate with Lindenwood on Friday before taking on East Central on Saturday.
Bods and ends . . .
• Washburn topped Newman 9-0 last time out and Southeastern 5-2 on March 2.
• The Ichabods fell 9-0 to Wichita State on March 1.
• Rockhurst is 6-1 this season and have won its last two matches.
• The Hawks lone loss came to St. Leo in an 8-1 defeat.
• Lindenwood is 4-4 this season and they are coming off a 6-3 win over William Jewell last time out.
• East Central is 2-5 this season and lost 7-2 to St. Mary's (Texas) last time out.
• The Tigers will take on Northwest Missouri on Friday prior to facing the Ichabods.
• The Ichabods have used seven different doubles line ups in the six matches this season.
• This season as a team the Ichabods are 46-37 in singles matches going 18-16 in the three duals while collecting a 12-15 overall record in doubles play with a 10-8 record in dual matches.

Bobby Florence leads the team with eight singles wins so far this season compiling an 10-4 record.

Washburn will host Southern Indiana on March 22 and Johnson County in an exhibition match on March 26 before returning to MIAA play at Southwest Baptist on March 30.
