EDMOND, Okla. -- The Washburn Lady Blues tennis fell 5-1 to Central Oklahoma on Saturday morning. The Lady Blues will return to the court when they face Rockhurst on March 12.

The Lady Blues trailed 2-1 after doubles action as the No. 2 team of Sophie O'Neill and Gwen Shepler topped the Bronchos' No. 2 team of Petra Pesic and Alina Gorina 9-8 taking the tie-breaker 7-4.

However the Bronchos picked up three wins in singles play to wrap up the win.
