Warm ups . . .
• The Washburn Ichabod women's tennis team will return to the court for the first time since March 21 when they will begin a busy week with four matches over four days as they will host Northwest Missouri on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the WU tennis courts.
• Washburn will then play host to No. 27 Southwest Baptist on April 4, Lincoln on April 5 at 10 a.m. and then No. 30-ranked Augustana at 2 p.m. after facing the Blue Tigers.
Drop shots . . .
• The Ichabods are looking to make the NCAA Regional tournament for first time since the 2010 season and their 15th time overall.
• The Ichabod netters are 33-63 overall in singles play while going 22-25 in doubles action.
•
Casyn Buchman leads the team with 11 singles wins this year going 11-4 so far.
•
Buchman is also 14-2 in doubles play this season going 14-5 with
Jodie Blackim including a 2-0 mark in dual matches this season.
• The Ichabods have used 14 different doubles combinations this year.

The Ichabods will continue their busy season as they will have five road matches over a six day period starting at William Jewell on April 7 followed by roadtrips to Truman on April 8, Lindenwood on April 9, Nebraska-Kearney on April 11 and Fort Hays State on April 12.
