TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabod women's tennis team fell in its first two matches in over a month falling 7-2 to No. 42 Central Oklahoma and 5-0 to No. 36 Cameron on Saturday.
Washburn picked up two points against the Bronchos at No. 1 doubles as
Jodie Blackim and
Kirsten Holle topped Alina Gorina and Anna Braun 8-6. Holle also picked up a singles point at No. 4 topping Braun 6-3, 3-6, 1-0 (10-7) for the second point.
Against Cameron, the Ichabods were swept in singles play.
