TOPEKA, Kan. -- Tickets for the 2014 Fall Classic at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City will go on sale through the Washburn ticketing website at noon on Friday, July 11. The Ichabods will face Northwest Missouri at 2 p.m. on Nov. 15 at the home of the Kansas City Chiefs.
General Admission tickets are $25 and student tickets are $10. College students must have a valid college ID when entering the gates at Arrowhead to use the discounted tickets. Club level tickets are available at $37. There is also a family pack available for $60 which includes two general admission adult tickets and two student tickets.
Also available on the website are other options including a Washburn tailgate party, parking options as well as charter bus options as well.,
The Washburn/Northwest match up will return to Arrowhead during the 2015 season as well and the Ichabods will be designated the home team for the game.
Washburn went 8-3 during the 2013 season climbing to as high as a No. 8 ranking in the NFCA top 25 coaches poll while receiving votes in the final poll of the season. Overall the Ichabods have recorded a school-best ten-straight winning seasons under head coach Craig Schurig and have averaged at least seven wins in each of the last seven seasons with a double-digit win total of 10 in 2011.
The Bearcats are the defending national champions going 15-0 during the 2013 campaign.
