TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabod women's tennis team fell 7-2 to Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday at the Washburn Tennis Complex. The Ichabods will return to play on Tuesday when they will open MIAA play against Lincoln in Jefferson City.

The No. 1 doubles team of Jodie Blackim and Kirsten Holle won their match 8-5 for Washburn's only point entering singles play.

Blackim picked up the Ichabods' other point at No. 1 singles topping Lina Parra 6-1, 6-2.
