• Washburn concluded a pair of weekend matches last weekend by going 1-1 with a 1-0 loss to Missouri Western and 2-0 shutout over Northwest Missouri State.
• Last time Washburn matched up with Emporia State on Sept. 20 both teams went the distance in a double over time stalemate resulting in a 1-1 score.

• Kaitlin Minnich is the Ichabods primary goalkeeper with a GAA of 0.91 and 61 saves. Minnich has allowed 12 goals this season on 156 shots faced.
 Senior SendoffÂ
• The Ichabods are led by five outstanding seniors in Lexi Barton, Cadence Bourne, Kate Combs, Michelle Keleher, and Sophia Sabala
• The senior class has appeared in a combined 255 matches, 11 goals, and 13 assist over four years.

Second Half Surge
 • The Ichabods have scored a total of 19 goals this season 11 of which came during the second period.
 Don't Call It a Comeback
• The Ichabods have posted two come from behind wins after a late goal this season.
• Mackenzie Heiman scored her first goal of the season and first match-winning goal of her career in the 87th minute of the Ichabods 2-1 win over Missouri Southern.
• Morgan El-Attrache snagged the second and third goals of her career in Washburn's 2-1 win over Southwest Baptist. El-Attrache scored the match-winning goal at 90:33 in overtime, earning the first golden-goal of her career.
Spreading the Wealth
• 13 different Ichabods have scored goals this season and 20 have taken shots over the course of the season.
• The Ichabods scored 14 points in its home opener over Northwestern Oklahoma State for the third time in program history. Eight different players scored points during the match.
 Record Watch
• If the season were to end today Cadence Bourne would be sixth all-time in minutes played with 5,654 only 30 minutes away from fifth all-time.
• Bourne would also be tied for 10th all time in games started with 63 three matches behind seventh all-time.
• Morgan El-Attrache is tied for 10th place all-time in match-winning goals with three.
• Kaitlin Minnich is first all-time in save percentage posting a .822 and third all-time in GAA with .99.

• Emporia State enters its 6th season under head coach Bryan Sailer.
• The Hornets entered this season tabbed 9th in the MIAA Preseason Coaches Poll after finishing last season with a 9-8-1 overall record.
• ESU is 7-7-2 going into this weekends match after winning a pair of matches this weekend over Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri State
• ESU is led in scoring by Tanna Benefiek with 9 points off of three goals and three assist. Yadira Rivera is the Hornets primary GK with a GAA of .70 and 63 saves.
Scouting Report: # 21 Fort Hays State
• Fort Hays State enters its 6th season under Craig Shaw.
• The Tigers were tabbed 4th in the MIAA Preseason Coaches Poll after posting a 11-8-1 record last season.
• FHSU is 12-3-1 heading into this weekends matchup winning its last six matches
• Fort Hays State is led in scoring by Eden Stoddard with 15 points off of seven goals and one assist. Abbie Flax is the primary goalkeeper for the Tigers posting a GAA of .50 and 45 saves.
 About head coach Chris Jones
•   Chris Jones is 14-15-6 in his second season at Washburn and is only the second coach in the program's history since 2003.
•   Prior to taking the head coaching role at Washburn, Jones was an assistant coach at Fort Hays State where the Tigers went 20-13-5 coaching 11 All-MIAA picks.
•   Prior to joining the Tigers, he was president and coach of the University of Oklahoma's men's club team.
