•The Ichabods are looking to bounce back after a disappointing pair of matches in Oklahoma where Washburn was blanked by both Northeastern State and Central Oklahoma.
• Washburn is slated for a four-match home stand inside the friendly confines of Yager Stadium.
• Washburn is 3-0 at home with its last loss coming November 1, 2015 against Fort Hays State.
• Washburn Soccer will host its annual TOPSoccer Event at halftime of the match against Southwest Baptist. WU Soccer partners with the Washburn Rural School district on this yearly event to provide area children with a soccer expereience they won't soon forget.

• Washburn concluded a two-match road trip to Oklahoma on Sunday afternoon with a 1-0 loss to the undefeated RiverHawks.
• The Ichabods were shutout 2-0 on Friday by Central Oklahoma off of two back-to-back goals in the first half.

• Emily Stauffer is the Ichabods' leading scorer thus far into the season with seven points off of three goals and one assist.
• Morgan El-Attrache leads Washburn in the assist category with three. Â
• Kaitlin Minnich is the Ichabods primary goalkeeper with a GAA of 0.85 and 27 saves. Minnich has allowed only eight goals this season on 83 shots faced.

• Nine different Ichabods have scored goals this season and 19 have taken shots over the course of the season.
• The Ichabods scored 14 points in its home opener over Northwestern Oklahoma State for the third time in program history. Eight different players scored points during the match.
Home Field Advantage
• For the first time since 2012 the Ichabods are 3-0 at home three matches into conference play.
• Washburn is outscoring its opponents 7-0 in Yager Stadium this far into the season and outshooting them 37-19

• Missouri Southern enters its 2nd season under head coach Chris McNaughton.
• The Lions entered this season tabbed 11th in the MIAA Preseason Coaches Poll after finishing last season with a 0-10-1 overall record.
• MSSU is currently 2-5-1 heading into the match after dropping a pair of matches last week to Missouri Western (1-0) and Northwest Missouri State (2-1).
• MSSU is lead in scoring by Jazzlen Wharry with 3 points off of one goal and one assist. Luz Galindo is the Lions primary GK with a GAA of 0.97 and 27 saves.
Scouting Report: Southwest Baptist
• Southwest Baptist enters its second season under Megan Link.
• SBU was tabbed sixth in the MIAA Preseason Coaches Poll after posting a 9-9-0 record last season.
• The Bearcats are 0-8-0 going into this weekends match having yet to win a match this season.
• Southwest Baptist is lead in scoring by Elin Hammer with 5 points off of two goals and one assist. Laura Carpenter is the primary goalkeeper for the Bearcats posting a GAA of 3.38 and 33 saves.
 About head coach Chris Jones
• Chris Jones is 10-13-6 in his second season at Washburn and is only the second coach in the program's history since 2003.
• Prior to taking the head coaching role at Washburn, Jones was an assistant coach at Fort Hays State where the Tigers went 20-13-5 coaching 11 All-MIAA picks.
• Prior to joining the Tigers, he was president and coach of the University of Oklahoma's men's club team.
