Matt Barlow, the right way with a 9-0 sweep over visiting Baker University Tuesday afternoon.

Chase Brill paired up for a dominate 8-1 win at No. 3 doubles to start things off.
Alejandro Valarezo and Blake Hunt paired up for their 12
th straight win at No. 1 doubles in an 8-2 decision.
Trey Horton made his season debut with fellow Ichabod Barlow to edge a pair of Wildcats 8-6 at No. 2 doubles.
With a 3-0 lead at the break Washburn headed into singles play. Valarezo cruised to a win in straight sets for his fourth straight in a 6-0, 6-1 decision.
Barlow closed out his career at the Washburn Tennis Complex with an impressive blanking of a Wildcat netter for the clinching win at No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-0.
Blake Hunter earned a relatively easy win at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-0, followed by younger brother
Tommy Hunter picking up a win at No. 5 singles 6-0, 6-2.
Brill ousted Wildcat netter Dylan Geick in a 6-0, 6-2 decision before Haase completed the Ichabods fifth sweep of the season at No. 4 singles 6-1, 6-1.
Washburn improves to 14-3 this season and third in the Central Region after already securing a spot in the 2017 MIAA Championships. The Ichabods will travel to Rockhurst tomorrow for an afternoon match with the Hawks slated for 2 p.m.
