TOPEKA, Kan. -- The Washburn Ichabods men's junior varsity basketball team started the 2018 campaign with an 88-72 win over the Ottawa Braves on Saturday morning.
JoBreil Powell went 8-13 from the field, including hitting four from behind the arc, to lead the Ichabods with 22 points. He also handed out a game-high six assists.
Michael Juneman added 17 points to the cause along with a team-high five steals. Also scoring double digits for Washburn was
