Box Score WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- Washburn soccer falls to No. 5 Central Missouri, 0-1. The Ichabods are now 7-6-1 and  3-4-1 in conference matches. The Jennies out shot the Ichabods 14-5.

In the first half of the match both teams finished scoreless. Josie Rimmer took one shot on goal for the Ichabods. Washburn defense was led by Mattie Miano and Emily Michaelis, and kept the Jennies to only six shot attempts in the first half. Wells saved all five shots on goal taken by Central Missouri. 

In the second half Tera Lynch took two shots on goal for the Ichabods, but could not find the back of the net. Central Missouri took the 1-0 lead over Washburn in the 70th minute of the match. Wells had three saves in the second half and finished the match with eight saves. 

Washburn will travel to Joplin, Mo. to face Missouri Southern on Sun., Oct. 27 at 1 p.m.
