MARYVILLE, Mo. – Ichabods season ends with a 5-0 loss to Northwest Missouri in the MIAA Quarterfinals. Washburn finishes the season with a 9-7-2 overall record and a 5-5-1 in conference matches.
The Bearcats got an early lead on the Ichabods in the 7
th minute of the game. Bearcats took the ball down the left sideline then crossed it to forward Kaylie Rock for the score. Ichabods responded with two straight shots on goal. However, none would get past Northwest Missouri's keeper. At the half, Northwest Missouri had a 3-0 lead on the Ichabods. Washburn had three shot-on-goal in the half.
Northwest struck fast again in the second half. Rock scored off her left foot to make it a 4-0 game. No action for over 40 minutes before the Bearcats scored their fifth and final time.
Mackenzie Menke took two shots-on-goal in the half. She led the team with three shots and three shots-on-goal.

Raegan Wells played all 90 minutes and saved eight shots. Five of those saves came in the second half.
