Northwest Missouri added two more unearned runs in the fifth and stretched its lead to 6-0 in the sixth.
The Bearcats tacked on a final run in the seventh after a leadoff double later scored on a sacrifice fly.
The Ichabods (21-9, 12-5 MIAA) were held to five hits on the afternoon with
Brett Ingram landing two of those.
Cole Warner (1-1) received the loss after throwing three innings and allowing two unearned runs, two hits, and one walk while recording a strikeout. Five Ichabod pitchers saw action in the contest and only two of the seven runs surrendered were earned.
