LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Fresh on the heels of picking up an NFCA top-10 academic team award, the Washburn Ichabod softball team placed 16 student-athletes on the coaching organization's 2022-23 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete listing. Earlier this week, the Washburn Ichabod softball team was been recognized as one of the top grade point average teams in the NCAA Division II ranks placing seventh overall with its team combined GPA of 3.73 from the 2022-23 school year.

Receiving honors for the Ichabods were: Erin Boles, Jasmine Brixius, Sheyenne Cheek, Allison Hemsath, Ellington Hogle, Hadley Kerschen, Jaden Labarge, Marrit Mead, Jenna Moore, Hailey Neira, Kimi Patterson, Paige Robbins, Danielle Schlader, Autymn Schreiner, Kaylee Wagner and Sadie Walker.
