TOPEKA, KAN. - The No. 16 Washburn Soccer Team hosts rival Emporia State at Yager Stadium on Wednesday evening for Senior Night.

No. 16 Washburn (11-2-4, MIAA 8-0-3) extended its unbeaten streak this past weekend to 13 with a 2-0 win on Friday over Northwest Missouri and a scoreless draw against Missouri Western. During their unbeaten streak, the Ichabods have only allowed 3 goals.
Washburn moved up to #16 in the USC National Poll, and stayed in 2nd in the USC Central Region Poll.

Lili Everley has 8 shutouts on the year, which is 3rd best in the conference & t-18th in the country.

Washburn can clinch the MIAA Regular Season Championship with a win OR a tie with a Pittsburg State loss OR a loss with a Pittsburg State loss. Will clinch a share of the MIAA Regular Season Title with a loss and a tie from Pittsburg State.
ABOUT EMPORIA STATE
The Hornets (8-5-4, MIAA 5-2-4) come into Wednesday's match after tying both of their matches this past weekend against Missouri Western & Northwest Missouri. Emporia State is led in goals by Freshman Ella Favot with 6 goals.
