KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Washburn Ichabod men's basketball remained No. 2 in the latest NABC Top 25 coaches poll of the season that was released today. The No. 2-ranked Washburn Ichabods will open the 19-game MIAA slate hosting Nebraska-Kearney on Thursday in Lee Arena at 7:30 p.m. Washburn is 8-0 after topping the 100-point mark for the second game in a row in a 115-30 win over Ottawa on Nov. 29 in Lee Arena setting several school records in the process.
The Ichabods have been ranked in the top 10 in the last 17 polls dating back to last year and the top five in the last 15 consecutive polls.
