KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the fifth week in a row and for the final poll of the 2025-26, the Washburn Ichabods are No. 3 in the final NABC top 25 poll of the season. The Ichabods clinched their 12th outright MIAA title last week and seventh MIAA Tournament Championship last week in Kansas City.
The No. 3-ranked Ichabods also received two first-place votes, will open the NCAA Central Regional Tournament on Saturday in Topeka facing the NSIC Tournament winner, Minnesota Duluth at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are available on the wusports.com website.
The Ichabods have been ranked in the top 10 in the last 31 polls dating back to last year and in the top five in the last 29 consecutive polls.
