At Washburn: Enters the fall as the starting “X” wide receiver … has 37 career receptions for 665 yards and seven touchdowns … also has nine career special teams tackles.
In 2006: Played in all 11 games while starting three recording 15 receptions for 245 yards and two touchdowns … also had four tackles on special teams … was a two-time Ichabods’ special teams player of the week and earned the offensive skill player of the week after the Emporia State game … named to the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.
In 2005: Played in all 12 games starting two recording 19 receptions for 372 yards and five touchdowns … also scored a touchdown on a blocked punt return against Southwest Baptist … recorded five tackles on special teams and blocked a punt … averaged 19.6 yards per reception including a 52-yard score against Emporia State … a member of the MIAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and a recipient of one of two Capitol Federal’s “True Blue” Scholarships.
In 2004: Played in seven games grabbing three receptions for 48 yards including a 24-yard catch against Pittsburg State … made a point after touchdown block against Missouri Western on homecoming, keeping the score tied at 23.
In 2003: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
Background: Part of two state champion 5A football teams as a Mustang and a second team all-conference wide receiver as a senior … a Salina Journal all-county first team selection in basketball … a state qualifier in the high jump and in the 110m hurdles.
